Cauliflower, a beautiful white colour flower like vegetable is an excellent sources of health promoting phytochemicals and also contains other vital nutrients such as vitamin A, B-complex vitamin, vitamin C, calcium, iron, phosphorous, and fat.
Swadhika foods exports premium quality frozen IQF cauliflower florets and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. The fresh cauliflower are sorted and washed. The florets are manually separated and cut as per customer’s request, blanched, dewatered and frozen using IQF (designed to halt microbial activities). The frozen products are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and then fed through a metal detector and transferred to cold store.
