Swadhika foods exports alphonso mango in the form of chunks and it is produced through the following process under hygienic condition. Premium quality Alphonso Mangoes are subjected to preliminary steps (sorting, washing and peeling). The mangoes are cut in the form of chunks or any other forms according to customer's request. The chunks are cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF, aimed at halting microbial activities that can cause deterioration of food. The IQF mango chunks are sieved, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are fed through metal detector and stored at -18°C.
